In this sermon, Pastor Mark Stermer explores the subject of emotions and their role in our spiritual lives. While emotions are a crucial part of human experience, they should neither be blindly trusted nor ignored. Emotions can lead us astray if we let them control us. However, when managed properly - by not trusting them blindly, bringing them to God, taking control of them, and sharing them with others - they can be an important tool in our spiritual growth and one of the most fulfilling aspects of our lives!
